What is Manloom’s Return Policy?

Manloom’s returns policy gives you the option to return items purchased for any reason within the specified return period (7 days from delivery). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Products purchased using the ‘Collect Coupon’ will be eligible for an extra discount. However, such products shall become non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation. Customers may remove the coupon before checkout to restore the product’s return eligibility. Standard return policies apply to products without this discount.


How does return work?

Pick-Up:

We offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

During pick-up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. If the product(s) do not pass the quality check, we shall not accept the return. If you choose to return the item for reason of a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be refunded the full money.

⚠️ Please note: At present, we do not offer a direct exchange option for products. Only returns and refunds are applicable.


Exceptions & Rules

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., a T-shirt must be packed in the original packaging).
  • Refund requests will be declined if the product returned is found to be used, damaged, or missing original tags.
  • Purchased items cannot be exchanged but can only be returned.
  • Platform Handling Fee (as defined under “Terms of Use”) is not applicable to return orders.
  • Manloom Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the return of items purchased on manloom.com if the customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, at Manloom’s sole discretion.
  • If your purchased item has a free gift/offer, then you must return the free product as well when returning the main item.
  • Manloom will not be liable for products returned by mistake. In cases where an extra or different product is returned by mistake, Manloom will not be responsible for the misplacement or replacement of the product and will not be liable to deliver it back to the user.

How to return a product to Manloom?

You can initiate a return by logging into your account on www.manloom.com and following these steps:

  1. Go to “Account” on the top right of your screen.
  2. Click on “Order History”.
  3. Create a Return Request and click on the “Return” button.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page and make a note of the Return ID.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, EMI, Wallet): Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A refund link will be shared on your registered mobile number and email. You will need to enter your bank account details or UPI ID to receive the refund.

Multiple Returns from One Order

Yes, you can return multiple items from a single order. Simply go to Order History, select the order, and choose the items you wish to return.


Pick-Up Facility

Yes, Manloom provides a Pick-Up facility for returned products directly from your location.
