How do I check the status of my order?
Log into your Account by clicking the profile icon on the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, go to My Account > Order History to track your order and click Details for order information.

How can I check if my order can be delivered to my PIN Code?
On each product page, you will find the serviceability tool. Enter your PIN code to check if delivery is available in your area.

How are orders delivered?
All orders placed on Manloom are dispatched through our trusted courier partner Delhivery.

Does Manloom deliver products outside India?
No. Currently, we only deliver within India.

Can I get my order delivered faster?
At this moment, we do not provide express delivery. If in the future we offer such a service and your PIN code is serviceable, it will be visible on our website.

What should I do if I receive a partial item, partial order, or a tampered package?
Please contact us at support@manloom.com or call +91 9930531759 within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

👉 Please keep in mind:

  • Do not use the item for which the claim is raised.
  • You may be asked for a short description and snapshots of the package/box.
  • Refunds will be processed only after investigation.
  • Keep the original packaging safe until the issue is resolved.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATION

What is Manloom’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it is under “Packed” status. Once cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

How do I cancel my order?

  1. Login at www.manloom.com
  2. Click My Account > Order History
  3. Select the item you want to cancel
  4. Click Cancel and confirm

Can I modify the shipping address after placing an order?
No. Once details are shared with our logistics partner, they cannot be changed. You may cancel your order (before packing) and re-place it with the correct address.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, EMI, or Wallet payments will be processed within 7–10 working days.

What is Manloom’s Return Policy?
You can return items purchased from Manloom within the specified return period (check product details page). Please ensure the product is unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

How does the return process work?

  • Pick-Up: We provide a free pick-up service. Submit a return request in your account, and our courier will collect the item.
  • Refunds are processed only if the item passes the quality check.

Exceptions & Rules:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags.
  • Wrong or extra items returned by mistake will not be returned back to the customer.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after inspection.

How do I initiate a return?

  1. Login at www.manloom.com
  2. Go to My Account > Order History
  3. Select item(s) and click Return
  4. Follow on-screen instructions and note your Return ID

When will I receive the refund for a returned product?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the product passes inspection.

Can I return multiple products from one order?
Yes. You can select multiple items from a single order to return.

Does Manloom provide product pickup for returns?
Yes, pickup is available in serviceable PIN codes.

What is the “Collect Coupon” discount?

  • Extra discount applied instantly on eligible products.
  • Once applied, the product becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • You can remove the coupon before checkout to make the product returnable again.

How do I create an account on Manloom?

  1. Go to www.manloom.com
  2. Click Login/Register on the top right corner
  3. Enter your mobile number, name, and click Send OTP
  4. Enter OTP and verify

Do I need an email ID to create an account?
No. You can log in using just your mobile number.

What is GST?
GST (Goods & Services Tax) is a government tax applicable on goods/services. It is included in your final purchase price.

Will GST be refunded on returns/cancellations?
Yes, the applicable GST amount will also be refunded along with your order amount.

Can I pay using International Currency?
No. We currently accept only INR (Indian Rupees).

What if money is debited but I didn’t receive an Order ID?
Sometimes banks delay confirmation. If this happens, email us at support@manloom.com or call +91 70038 79007.
