ORDERS

By placing any order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase goods for the listed price at the time of purchase. Manloom may, at its discretion, accept or reject any order due to reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Incorrect product descriptions
  • Errors in your order details

If you’ve made a mistake with your order, you may return it after delivery under our Return Policy.

If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact Manloom Customer Care. We will work with our courier partner to update details, subject to feasibility. Investigations can begin only if items remain undelivered for more than 5 business days.

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your Manloom account under Order History.

Incomplete or Partial Delivery

If you receive an incomplete order, or the package appears unsealed/tampered, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery for claims.

To process such claims, please:

  • Do not use the affected item
  • Provide a description of the issue
  • Share photos of the package/box showing tampering or damage

Refund eligibility may be denied if:

  • Information or snapshots are not provided
  • Pilferage is not reported on the day of delivery
  • Packaging is discarded within 3–4 days
  • The product has been used

Refunds for prepaid and COD orders will be processed after investigation.

CASHBACK

  • Earn 10% of cart value as cashback (store credit).
  • Credited after the return period is over.
  • Valid for 90 days from credit date.

SECURITY

We use Cashfree Payment Gateway for secure processing of credit/debit card transactions. Manloom does not store card details.

If you send personal information to us via email or non-encrypted channels, please note that transmission may be insecure. However, once in our possession, we comply with Indian data protection laws.

  • Non-refundable, non-reloadable, cannot be revalidated after expiry.
  • Usable only at manloom.com and official Manloom outlets.
  • Lost/stolen GCs will not be replaced.
  • Refunds for GC purchases will be given as store credit.
  • Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
