WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?

Manloom provides a 30-day warranty for all items purchased on our platform.

Our products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.

⚠️ This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents
  • Improper care or handling
  • Negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Manloom Customer Care.

All shipping to the Warranty Center must be pre-paid and insured. Manloom cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages.

Only original product materials are covered by this policy. Reasonable wear and tear is not included. This Warranty Policy supersedes all previous versions.

ARE RIPS AND TEARS COVERED BY WARRANTY?

We manufacture all our products to meet superior quality standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use or care for a product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover rips, cuts, or normal wear and tear.

IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED BY WARRANTY?

No. Normal wear and tear are not covered.

Our warranty is limited to manufacturing or material defects only, regardless of the product’s age. If you wish to return a product for reasons outside of manufacturing defects, please refer to our Return Policy.
